Pediatric Optometry Case 3: 2 years 6 m.o./M/F
Follow –up case: Suspect Autism
Patient came for follow up in IIUM Optometry clinic as her parents concern about her visual status as she is suspected to have autism.
Complaints:
- Parent complaint her daughter sometimes has face turn and head tilt when looking at objects
- During visit no AHP was observed.

Pediatric Optometry Case 4: 2 yr 8mo/M/M
-B- SUBJECTIVE:
Parent complained that child’s RE turns upward and LE turning inward. Mother noticed the condition since the child was around 6 months old. At that time she reported that there was no vertical deviation of the RE and only the LE appear to be turning inward.

Pediatric Optometry Case 2 : 3 yr old/F/C
Reason:
Came to IIUM optometry clinic as a referral from IIUM eye clinic. They suspect Convergence Insufficiency on RE.
History Taking:
Mother complain that her RE sometimes deviate out 3 to 4 times a day.
She notice since 1 ½ years ago.
There is no specific time of deviation.

During Paediatric Optometry Clinic session, we must do observation on child coarse, social, fine, adaptive & language development as well, not only focus on vision and eye development.

Pediatric Optometry Case 1: 2 years 6 m.o./M/F
(NEW CASE)
Hx:
· - Suspected autism (as not confirmed by HTAA psychiatrist yet).
· - Birth: Normal delivery.
· -She was not feeling well during the visit.
· - Mother reported she can suck well and eat rice as well.
· -Good development except for speech.
