ATTN TO YEAR 4: WARD ROUND LOGBOOK

Assalamualaikum w.b.t.

Please submit ward round logbook to me before 12.00pm 18 March 2010. No mark will be given  if you submit after the said time and  date. Put your logbook into Year 4 'basket' in front of Br Najib Room. I may collect them on 12pm; 18 March 2010.

Please be reminded, ward round is one of the assessment components for Specialization Clinic 2 as briefed in the beginning of this semester and as stated in your course outline. To pass this course, you have to get at least grade C (in total) and have to pass and fulfill/ submit (if required) ALL assessment components. Fail to do so, you will be considered FAIL for this course even your total marks are PASS.
