GROUP 2 CASE: Eccentric Fixation on RE

SUBJECTIVE

o   6/ C/ F

o   Patient came for follow up to review her VA and EF.

o   Patient is compliance with the visual therapy given (direct patching on RE 4hrs/day).

o   Patching done with doing near task (playing computer game and reading).

o   She wear spectacle constantly but sometimes she refuse to wear.

OBJECTIVE

Stereopsis	50” of arc
Visuoscopy	5˚ superonasal on RE

DIAGNOSIS

o   Eccentric fixation on RE

(VA improved a bit and equal on BE with current therapy)

MANAGEMENT

o   Continue with alternate patching therapy for 4hrs/day with near task. This plan is to avoid her current VA drop on another eye since her vision is already equal on BE.

o   TCA 1/12 to review VA and EF.
