Ø Reason for referral: To confirm the diagnosis of tropia; challenging to manage during PCO since patient gave less cooperation.
Ø Pt did not has any ocular & visual complain.

- LE Primary Constant Decompensated Intermittent Exotropia
MANAGEMENT
- No treatment for tropia since it is constant & pt has no symptoms and complaint
- Plan to prescribe tinted / transition lens on future prescription to avoid glare.
- TCA : Suggest for annual ocular check up

Not all tinted lenses are the same, it is best to choose a pair of the best aviator sunglasses in order to maximize protection of the eyes.
